I ordered Chinese takeout directly through this restaurant’s website. The website clearly states that if an order is not confirmed within a few minutes, the restaurant cannot take the order. My order was never confirmed — no email, no phone call, nothing.
I tried calling the restaurant twice and it went straight to voicemail, so we reasonably assumed they were closed for New Year’s Day. Because we had guests waiting, we ordered food elsewhere.
Two hours later, the restaurant suddenly called saying our food was ready — still with no prior confirmation of the order. When we explained the situation and asked to cancel, they refused and said it had to be handled through our bank. After spending over an hour on the phone with the bank, we were told the merchant absolutely could cancel the order because it had not yet been processed.
We went to the restaurant in person and they still refused to cancel or issue a refund, even though they openly admitted their website ordering system has problems and “you’re not supposed to use it.” There is nothing on their website stating this. If they know the system doesn’t work properly, why is it still active and taking people’s money?
This was incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and showed zero willingness to take responsibility. It felt like they only cared about keeping the money, not customer service.

They were having trouble with on.line orders, but the food was great and enjoyed our meal. It is suggested you call in orders instead of making them online

I ordered for new years eve 5 days beforehand and waited an hour to get my food while others ordered same day with a lesser waittime there wss no piriority for orders placed ahead. Food was good but not great. I won't be coming back.

This is the best Chinese food in town. Always on time and excellent quality. Don't risk buying anywhere else. You won't be disappointed!

Been going to this restaurant for more years than I could count, however the past 3 years have steadily gone down hill.
They need someone who understands order taking & processing, especially on Xmas eve. Last year I ordered 1 day ahead & waited over 1 hour longer for my order. This year, I also ordered early & still waited 1.75 hours for my food.
We have decided we will not return for take out.
Please open up the buffet again.

I ordered at noon online for 5pm. Waited till 6 for our food. We were told in a loud voice that: "we should have called, not ordered online" At least 5 skip drivers were served ahead of us. Disappointed.

First time ordering Chinese Food for Christmas Eve dinner but was such a relaxing no stress way with the family. Also preordering from their website was so straight forward and easy to navigate. The food and portions were excellent with lots of left overs. The only thing that we wished is that the two different rices weren’t mixed into one big container. Will definitely be ordering again. Merry Christmas
